I was born and grew up in Poland. I have developed interest in holistic health since being a teenager, but only took a decision to become a therapist after setting up my own family and becoming a mother. Baby massage was the first massage technique I’ve learnt.

First therapy I have trained was a energy healing modality called Reiki, which I was attuned to second degree.

I have qualified as Holistic Massage therapist and hold ITEC Level 3 Diploma in 2010 at City and Islington College, London. Since then i’ve widen my training to Hot Stone Massage and Seated Acupressure, Balinese Massage and Warm Bamboo Massage and Deep Tissue. I’m fascinated by Eastern therapies, so Thai Yoga massage was also a “must” for me to study.

I feel very passionate about massage and other natural therapies and healing methods, always looking how to extend my knowledge and improve my techniques by taking new training courses and reading. Massage benefits go beyond simple relaxation, it can help you recover from an injury or correct muscle disfunction due to poor posture, that’s why I have furthered my qualifications to ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage diploma, and I’m delighted to see how those techniques greatly improve the remedial effect of every session!

I believe we should never stop learning and discovering, digging deeper! Each time I say “I’m done” I find myself enrolling on another course:) Currently I’m studying the fascinating therapy that is Reflexology. It brings another dimension to my current skills and helps with so many ailments in a very gentle non invasive way.

I’m fully insured and trained to leading international standards and I’m a member of Complementary Therapist Association.

Your Treatment

What to expect:

Your first visit will begin with consultation to establish any contraindications and choose the massage treatment that would address your health needs in the best way.

You will be covered with towels and linens and only parts of the body to be massaged will be exposed, so your dignity will be always protected.

For all my treatment I use natural blend of bee’s waxes, jojoba oil, almond oil and different mix of essential oils created by Songbird. They are free of mineral oils, parbens, petrochemicals and GM ingredients and are great for your skin
